Counselling fees and availability

I offer a free initial, no obligation zoom meeting, lasting approximately 20 minutes to discuss our contract and give you the chance to ask any questions you may have.
Since the therapeutic relationship is at the core of the person centred therapy that I offer, this meeting is an opportunity for us to see if we would like to work together.
Sometimes,
the most important thing in a whole day, is the rest we take in between two deep breaths.
The number of sessions you have thereafter is entirely up to you. I offer, short term, long term or ad hoc sessions. This can be discussed in our initial contact session.
Counselling: £35 per 50 minute session
Concessionary rate: £30 per 50 minute session
(Students, pensioners and those on a low income)
Rewind Trauma Therapy: £50 per hour

Payments are made via bank transfer 24 hours before your session.

48 hours notice is required when changing or cancelling an appointment, or the full fee will be charged.

Monday 10am - 3pm and 7pm -10pm
Tuesday 10am -3pm and 5pm-10pm
Saturday 10am - 1pm
